As a fifth-generation resident of Dianella, even if Karl Butler wasn’t a real estate agent, he would be considered an expert on this friendly neighbourhood. It would have been hard for Karl not to develop an interest in real estate, given his parents established Gerard Butler & Associates in 1978.
