As a fifth-generation resident of Dianella, even if Karl Butler wasn’t a real estate agent, he would be considered an expert on this friendly neighbourhood. It would have been hard for Karl not to develop an interest in real estate, given his parents established Gerard Butler & Associates in 1978.

Keeping it in the family, in 2018 Karl and his wife Emma took over the business and are now laying the groundwork for many more decades by rebranding to the Butler Property Group.

With real estate in his blood, Karl’s 25-year career in the industry has included land subdivision, construction, development, contaminated sites remediation and, of course, selling houses.
